Tami Krebs

Tami Krebs is the Chief Solutions Officer and Owner of Shine Bright-er Talent Solutions. Her passion is in helping individuals and organizations facilitate clarity around their vision and goals, develop their talents, and radiate success by providing customized talent and organizational development solutions. She is dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions and programs leading to personal and organizational growth and motivating others to do the same. Her specialties include assessment, facilitation, team effectiveness, integrated talent management, and career and leadership development. Tami has over 15 years experience in a variety of different industries including public sector, healthcare, hospitality, and energy/utilities both globally and locally and is backed by a Masters of Education in Training & Development from Pennsylvania State University and a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP). She received the Association for Talent Development’s CPLP Contributor Award in 2015 and is 2016 VP of Communications & Marketing for ATD Suncoast. Tami has presented "Strategic People Planning I & II" for the Women's Business Centre. She is also a featured speaker for the 2020 CLEAR Web Series presenting "Turn Your Passion Into Profit by Leveraging the Talents of Others" and "Life Happens: Keep Your Business Alive with a Succession Plan".

Shanita keeps our clients legal as she presents "Let's Get Legal" bi-monthly. "Let's Get Legal" discusses everything you need to know in registering your business with the state of Florida. During tax season, Shanita presents her webinar, "Taxes:Tips and Tricks".
Angie Speller,

Angie Speller, LMHC

Angie presented several workshops for the Women's Business Centre including, "Communicate Like a Billion Dollar Entrepreneur", "What Do I Say?" , and"Preparing Yourself for the Video Performance". Angie was also a 2020 CLEAR Web Series personal development featured speaker. Her webinar, "WTF: Why The Fear" hit home to many of the participants as they were challenged to face their fear of starting a business. Angie shared her expertise with the Counseling and Wellness Program at the Centre for Women. Her topics included "Art is Relief: Alleviate Workplace Stress" and "Coping with Divorce".
